Limiting the gatherings of people and organization of festivals. Well managing quarantine facilities, request the people on entry to attend quarantine in centralized quarantine facilities, fee-based accommodation facilities, at-site and flight crew quarantine facilities.
The People’s Committees of districts and towns continue to direct, supervise and inspect the compliance with regulations at the local quarantine facilities on preventing cross-spread of the pandemic in the quarantine areas and to the community, and regulations on 14-day quarantine for people on entry, and closely supervise the health of people on entry after completing the 14-day quarantine in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Health and City.

City’s Public Security continued to direct throughout the industry to actively coordinate with relevant units to strengthen the strict inspection of people on entry and prevent in time; investigate, verify and strictly handle cases of illegal entry, organizations and individuals allowing people to enter illegally, accommodation establishments and hotels that accept people entering illegally, enterprises accepting employees who are illegally entering and cases of violation of the prevention and control of Covid-19, coordinating related units to ensure the security and order at the quarantine establishments.
The Department of Health regularly checks and monitors pandemic prevention and control at hospitals and medical examination and treatment establishments in the city to ensure the criteria of Safe Hospital and Safe Clinics according to the guidance of the Ministry of Health.
