The TECHFEST Vietnam 2025 is scheduled to take place from December 12 to 14, 2025, in the Hoan Kiem Lake area and surrounding vicinity, Hoan Kiem Ward.

The event is organized to spread the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation across society, so that TECHFEST Vietnam 2025 is not only an event for the startup community but becomes a festival for all segments of the population. It aims to strengthen multi-layered connections among leaders, businesses, startups, investors, experts, international organizations, and communities, thereby forming a collaborative network for sustainable development. The event will bring new technologies into open public spaces, enabling direct community engagement with advanced achievements in fields such as AI, IoT, Metaverse, and AgriTech, affirming the role of science and technology in social life. At the same time, it will reinforce Hanoi’s position as the national center for innovation, a hub where knowledge, culture, and technology converge and radiate. The festival also seeks to mobilize social resources, unleash the creative potential of the entire population, promote technology commercialization, support the development of startup products, and realize the goal of “leaving no one behind” in an era of national advancement and the digital age.

The event will be held from December 12 to 14, 2025, in the Hoan Kiem Lake area and surrounding vicinity, Hoan Kiem Ward, with the participation of leaders of the Party, the State, and the Government; central ministries, agencies, and local authorities; the Ministry of Science and Technology, including its leadership and affiliated units; leaders of the Hanoi Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee, and several municipal departments, agencies, and ward-level People’s Committees; universities and research institutes; corporations and state-owned enterprises; representatives of organizations within the innovation startup ecosystem; investment funds; investors and startup mentors; associations; innovative startup enterprises; experts and scientists; the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations; the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and domestic and international industry associations. The event is also expected to attract international delegates as well as domestic and international news agencies and media organizations.
