The International Craft Village Conservation and Development Festival 2025 will take place from November 14 to 18, 2025, at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel in Hanoi. The event is organized under Joint Plan No. 185/KHLT-UBND-BNNMT between the City People’s Committee and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. The festival will feature 350 booths and is expected to welcome participants from provinces and cities nationwide, along with artisans from 30 countries and territories.
The festival aims to honor the cultural and traditional craft values of Vietnam, celebrate artisans, promote trade connections, and support the promotion and global integration of Vietnamese craft villages.
The opening ceremony will take place on the evening of November 14, 2025. Key activities include exhibition spaces divided into three main sections: conservation; development; and new design, digital transformation, Net-Zero craft villages, international integration, and OCOP culinary and regional specialties. The program also features international workshops on craft-village development, the Hanoi and National Craft Village Product Contest with artisan and award recognition, and cultural exchange performances between Vietnamese and international craft villages.
