In early 2022, the 4th Women’s Branch of the Women’s Union of Quan Hoa Ward organized the launch of the Program “Green Saturday – Sharing love for community” and accepted the model of Recycling honeycomb charcoal stoves into Green corners combined with propaganda murals.
The program “Green Saturday – Sharing love for community” aims at mobilizing women to actively participate in environmental cleaning every Saturday morning, assisting in the recycling and selling old useless products such as newspapers and other scraps… to collect money for charity in the community. From the collected honeycomb charcoal stoves, the members of Women’s Branch have cleaned, decorated and planted trees in the honeycomb charcoal stoves into lovely flower pots, contributing to beautifying the landscape, creating a green space in a residential area, next to 3 posters with simple and easy-to-understand propaganda content, which has great influence in the residential community.

The forces focused on supplementing, repairing and replacing the traditional lantern system on the entrance to Hoa Mai Kindergarten, alley 46, corner 42, which is more spacious and beautiful than the previous year. The model of “Beautiful by night” has been promoted for the “Lantern Light Street” of residential group 16, contributing a part to the task of “Building a civilized city” of Quan Hoa ward. In addition, residential group 16 has mobilized people to participate in tidying up all kinds of electrical and telecommunications wires on the streets, contributing to the prevention of fire and explosion, creating a clean environment. Moreover, the residential group 16 mobilizes the force to paint and renew the mural mural at Lane 132 that has been weathered by the weather to beautify the alley.
