This set of stamps aims to contribute to the propaganda, raising awareness and responsibility of the entire population in implementing the prevention, control and determination to repel the COVID-19 epidemic. The issue of stamps at present brings a great sense in the community, demonstrating the responsibility and determination of Vietnam along with other countries in the region and the world to join hands in fighting the COVID-19 epidemic.

The message that the set of stamps conveyed is the unanimity of all forces, creating a total strength of the prevention of COVID-19 in Vietnam.
The set of stamps has 2 models designed in a graphic style. In particular, the 4,000 VND side on the stamp represents the representative image of the forces: Health, the army, the police, etc repelling the epidemic every day and night.
The 15,000 VND side shows the Vietnamese doctors who are working all day and night to find out the best timely treatment regimen for patients and determining to experiment on vaccines to repel the COVID-19 pandemic which is considered as a noble mission.
The set of stamps themed “Join hands to prevent and combat COVID-19” has the frame of 31x 46 (mm) designed by artist Pham Trung Ha (Vietnam Post Corporation).
The set of stamps has a time limit to be available on the public postal network from March 31, 2020, to December 31, 2021. It is available at 63 provincial and city post offices and widely circulated in 192 countries and regions which are members of the Universal Postal Union.
