The Vietnam – Korea cultural exchange event in 2022 is organized by the People’s Committee of Tay Ho District in collaboration with the Vietnam – Korea Friendship Association in Hanoi. This is an activity to strengthen the solidarity & friendship between two countries Vietnam – Korea, towards promoting the cultural beauty, image of the country and people of Vietnam to the Korean people on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relation between Vietnam and Korea (December 22, 1992 – December 22, 2022).
The opening ceremony with the theme “Flying Petals” will take place at 19:30 on September 18, 2022 at the art performance and street food space in Tay Ho district. At the opening ceremony, there will be the special art performances by the Korean Art Troupe, Kpop and Vietnamese Idols. One of the highlights of the event is the musical “The Wedding day” and the performance of Vietnamese – Korean traditional costumes.
In the framework of the program, there will be many exciting activities taking place from September 17 to 23:00 on September 18, 2022, including space for the booths which display and introduce the Vietnamese – Korean tourism and cultural products and cuisine; experience space for making pottery, enjoying tea and sculpting light art; experience space for Vietnamese folk games; space for Kpop exchange; space for performance of Trinh Cong Son’s songs and ethnic orchestra; space for experiencing, taking photos of national ao dai, traditional Hanbok, etc.

The event will attract the participation of more than 50 prestigious Korean and Vietnamese enterprises and investors. This is an opportunity for domestic and foreign units and businesses to exchange and seek investment and economic cooperation opportunities between two countries.
