Accordingly, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism agreed on the project to renovate and restore Khoan Te temple relic (Bach Ma temple), including items: renovating and restoring the temple, Nghi Mon, Ta vu, Huu vu; building small temple for burning votive, auxiliary areas and technical infrastructure.
However, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism noted the owner following issues:
In master plan, it is necessary to lay out the auxiliary area (kitchen – toilet) and small temple for burning votive to the Southwest of the main temple (reducing the height of small temple for burning votive); drainage ditches must be located in parallel and perpendicular to items; design the model of single cylindrical lamp to lighten the garden suitable with the relic (not use prefabricated queen lights).
For the renovation of the components of the temple, it is necessary to note and correctly calculate the measure to ensure to install and erect the interior artifacts (y môn (cloth curtains or curved wood covering the top between two rows of columns at the place of worship, door painting in fresco, horizontal lacquered board, etc.); add notes, marks to indicate components being renovated; not make the dragonfly because the connected columns have existed.
In addition, it is necessary to supplement color photos of the current status of the relic into the dossier (12 existing images are not clear, unable to show the characteristics and values of the relic).
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposes People’s Committee of Hanoi City to steer relevant agencies to complete the dossier and publicize the content of the Project to obtain people’s consensus and implement following steps as applicable regulations.
