On October 26-27, 2024, the Dong Anh District Badminton Federation organized the 2024 Dong Anh District Badminton Club Tournament at the Dong Anh Sports Hall. A total of 630 athletes from 54 units and clubs across the district participated in the competition. The athletes competed in 28 age categories across four events.
Spectacular rallies and intense matches captivated the audience, drawing a large crowd of enthusiastic fans.
At the conclusion of the tournament, the organizers awarded 8 First Place, 8 Second Place, and 15 Third Place prizes in the Men’s and Women’s Singles events. In the Doubles events, 20 First Place, 20 Second Place, and 39 Third Place prizes were awarded to outstanding units and athletes.
This tournament provided an opportunity for local units to compete, exchange experiences, and enhance their professional skills. It also promoted physical fitness, contributing to the development of sports activities in the district, while furthering the nationwide movement “All People Train Their Bodies Following the Example of the Great Uncle Ho,” enhancing the physical strength and stature of Dong Anh’s people.
