The festival brought about performances praising Vietnam – the Country – the People, praising the heroic struggle of the nation under the leadership of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, and praising the capital city of Hanoi with a thousand years of civilization and the great achievements obtained by the capital city in the course of integration and development. The festival aims to propagate and educate widely among the people on the journey to defend the Fatherland and build the country under the leadership of the glorious Vietnamese Communist Party and President Ho Chi Minh.

Deputy Director of Hanoi City Cultural Center Ly Thi Thuy Hanh mentioned that the City-level Festival Final had the participation of 27/30 districts and towns in Hanoi. With the attention, direction from, and favorable conditions created by the leaders of the local government of the districts, towns and the culture and information sector, the units had closely coordinated with the local departments and organizations in selecting performances with high artistic quality to the City-level Festival Final, with huge responses from the general public. Long Bien, Bac Tu Liem, Dong Da, Nam Tu Liem, Hai Ba Trung, Thanh Tri, Gia Lam, and Dong Anh districts have successfully held local Festivals, creating a cheerful and exciting atmosphere among the masses in celebration of major political events of the capital city and the country.
Each unit participates in the Festival with 02 choral and choral performances.
The festival is held 04 evenings from January 21 to January 24, 2021, at 3 establishments: the outdoor stage of the City Culture Center on No. 7 Phung Hung, Ha Dong District (evening of January 21-22); the outdoor stage of Quoc Oai District Stadium in Quoc Oai Town, Quoc Oai District (evening of January 23); and the outdoor stage of the Women-With-Three-Resourceful-Criteria Monument in Phung Town, Dan Phuong District (evening of January 24).

The 2021 “Party – Spring – Nation” Choir Festival in Hanoi is a cultural and artistic event with profound social significance that creates an atmosphere of joy and excitement among the people of the capital city in celebration of the 13th National Party Congress, the 91st anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the New Year of the Fox.
Participating in the Festival are amateur actors including officers, armed forces, veterans, students, and others who are living, working, and studying in Hanoi.
