Attending the opening ceremony were: Deputy Director of the General Department of Physical Training and Sports (Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism) Le Thi Hoang Yen and Nguyen Hong Minh; Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Pham Xuan Tai; and President of the Vietnam Gymnastics Federation Tran Duc An.

The championship attracted nearly 50 athletes from provinces and cities, including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Hanoi. These are leading regions in the development of artistic gymnastics in the country.
The athletes compete in nine individual events and three group events.
In his opening remarks, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee Pham Xuan Tai said that participating in the championship provides athletes with opportunities to gain experience, improve their skills, and enhance their competitive spirit. This event serves as an assessment of the development of artistic gymnastics in recent times and as a selection process for outstanding athletes to join the national team for upcoming international competitions.

The championship is co-organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, the General Department of Physical Training and Sports, and the Vietnam Gymnastics Federation.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the athletes began competing in various events.
