Competition performances
The preliminary round of the Festival involved significant investment in content and presentation. The entries closely followed the themes set by the Organizing Committee and conveyed many messages promoting the movement “All People Unite to Build a Cultural Life” under the theme “Connecting Communities, Preserving Identity, Contributing to Building a Civilized, Cultured, and Modern Capital.”

The Festival attracted wide participation from local residents.
According to the Festival regulations, 20 exemplary villages and residential quarters will be selected to compete in the city-level final round, scheduled to take place on November 29, 2025.
