Together, we must help Hanoi overcome any challenges, successfully realizing the goals outlined in Politburo Resolution No. 15 – NQ/TW, dated May 5, 2022, which outlines the development vision for Hanoi through 2030, with aspirations toward 2045. This journey aligns with the nation’s path of renewal, integration, and advancement, aiming to achieve new accomplishments worthy of the trust placed by the Party, the State, and citizens across Vietnam.
