The project aims to implement the tasks in Vietnam-Russia cultural cooperation assigned by the Prime Minister and introduce Vietnamese and Russian cultural characteristics to the public through photo exhibitions introducing world heritage sites in Vietnam and Russia registered by UNESCO, performing art performances of Vietnam and Russia; promoting the value of cultural heritages, world natural heritage, promoting the dynamic and rich in the potential image of the country and people of Vietnam and Russia. At the same time, the exhibition also aims to enhance understanding, friendship and good cooperation between the two peoples, contributing to the further development of the comprehensive strategic partnership of Vietnam and the Russian Federation.

Accordingly, the “World Heritage in Vietnam and Russia” exhibition is organized in the form of displaying photographic works of Vietnam and Russia with the content (in Vietnamese and Russian) introducing tangible cultural heritages, intangible cultural heritages, natural heritages, biosphere reserves in Vietnam and Russia have been registered by UNESCO, thereby introducing culture, promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam and Russia, the tourism potential of the two countries. At the opening ceremony of the exhibition, there will be a number of welcome art performances performed by Vietnamese artists to introduce the cultural characteristics of Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
Activities are organized to be practical, economical and effective, flexible and safe, suitable to the context of the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
The “World Heritage in Vietnam and Russia” exhibition will take place from November 18-23, 2021 at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, located at No. 66 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hanoi.
