10th Dan Phuong District Sports Festival also aims to celebrate the success of the Party Congress at all levels and the 13th National Congress of the Party, Election of the 15th National Assembly and deputies to the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term, towards the 31st SEA Games and the 11th ASEAN Para Games 2021 held in Vietnam.
Accordingly, the 10th Dan Phuong District Sports Festival 2021 will take place from March to September 2021 with 10 items including Chess, Swimming, Volleyball, Badminton, Martial Arts, table tennis, Youth football, Student basketball, Tennis, Athletics.
The plan also states that 100% of communes, townships, high schools, and Centers for Vocational Education – Continuing Education will organize festivals and mobilize a large number of people to participate in mass performances, performances and competitions to celebrate the Sports Festival.

Dan Phuong District People’s Committee also requested that the organization of the Sports Festival must ensure safety in the prevention of Covid-19 pandemic. The festival will take place solemnly, thriftily and in accordance with the rituals and create a joyful atmosphere for the people. The competitions of the festival have strict rules and referees to ensure objectivity and accuracy. Athletes will compete in solidarity, honesty, magnanimity to reach high achievements and prevent bad things in the Festival, at the same time, promote the socialization of physical training and sports, mobilize facilities, funds, equipment and tools for competition and organization of the Festival.
The Sports Festival is an opportunity for people to participate in the movement of health training and promote national sports in order to revive the traditions of the homeland and our country. Through the Sports Festival, it is possible to select excellent athletes of the district to attend training and participate in the 10th Capital Sports Festival 2021-2022.
