The Autumn Fair 2025 with the theme: “Connecting People with Production and Business” is oriented to become a national-level event, acting as a bridge between the fields of industry, commerce, services, and consumption.

To ensure that communication work fully conveys information, promotes the scale and new experiences at the Fair in a unified and consistent manner, implemented in various forms and languages, reflecting the image of the Capital in particular and Vietnam in general, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen signed and issued Official Letter No. 5782/UBND-KT dated October 28, 2025 on the organization of communication activities for the Autumn Fair 2025.

Accordingly, to promote the image of a dynamic, creative, and friendly Capital to domestic and international audiences, the City People’s Committee assigns the Department of Industry and Trade to take the lead and coordinate with relevant units in participating in the organization of the Autumn Fair 2025.

The Department of Culture and Sports is assigned to take the lead and coordinate with relevant units in implementing communication activities before, during, and after the Autumn Fair 2025. It will strengthen communication and promotion of the Fair, organize visual propaganda serving the Fair on major roads and streets of the City; coordinate and support the Department of Industry and Trade in displaying the Space for promotion, introducing cuisine at the subdivisions assigned to the City of Hanoi to be responsible for implementation.

The Department of Tourism is assigned to coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade in implementing activities to promote and stimulate trade and tourism, introducing the Capital’s signature products and OCOP products.

The City’s media agencies: Hanoi Radio and Television and other municipal media agencies are assigned to increase broadcasting time and regularly report on communication activities before, during, and after the organization of the Fair.

The City Party Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education and the Mass Mobilization Commission are requested to orient information agencies, television, and press of the City to implement dedicated sections, programs, news, articles, and other forms about the Fair appropriate to each specific audience.
