The Steering Committee for the movement of “Entire people unify in cultural life-building” has just released and transmitted the document No. 1499/BCD-VPTTBCD to the Provincial/Municipal Steering Committees for “Entire people unify in cultural life-building” under the central mnagement on quality-raising of the movement.
According to the release, the Provincial/Municipal Steering committees under the central management for the movement of “Entire people unify in cultural life-building” are requested to concentrate on implementation of quality raising of the movement as followings:
Further stepping up the implementation of the Decision No. 2478/QD-TTg, dated 30 December, 2015 issued by the Prime Minister on approval of the Propaganda Scheme for the Movement of “Entire people unify in cultural life-building” by the year 2020 and vision of 2030. In which, emphasis will be placed on introducing, propaganzing and sharing experiences on the advanced symbols, examples of “good people do good things” in the movement implementation, hence through diversified and plentiful contents, creating widespread impacts on various targets and people from all walks of life; simultaneously, criticizing evil things, bad conducts, negative and formal phenomenon, a run after achievements to obtain recognition of cultural titles.
Building awareness of environmental protection
Reviewing, modifying and incorporating the citeria of environmental sanitation, hygienic safety in the production, farming, processing and selling of food and foodstuff in the course of judgement and recognition of the cultural titles within the Movement of “Entire people unify in cultural life-building”.
Rectifying the formulation of the process and procedures for selection and rcognition of the cultural titles, especially in rating and recognizing the title of “cultured family” and cultured village or commune, hamlet, street group likewise, avoiding the state of running after formality and achievements.

Reviewing, correcting the activities carried out by all level Steering Committees; smoothly executing the coordinating mechanism; clearly allocating responsibilities of each individual and organization in directing, guiding, examining and supervising the plan contents, implementing process of the movement’ activities
.
At the same time, accelerating the work of examining, overseeing and commending and awarding the progressive examples in a timely manner; discovering, rectifying and dealing with irresponsible or violating cases in rating and recognizing the cultural titles, gradually lifting the quality of cultural titles in the area.
