After the relics are ranked, the People’s Committees of the districts: Ha Dong, Hoai Duc, Dan Phuong, Thach That, Ung Hoa, Phu Xuyen, Thanh Oai, and Ba Vi are responsible for publicly announcing the protected zones of the relics and organizing the preparation of boundary marker dossiers as well as implementing the installation of boundary markers on-site in accordance with their authority and current legal regulations.
The People’s Committees of the wards, communes, and towns: Bien Giang, Dong Mai, Dong La, Phuong Dinh, Binh Yen; Binh Luu Quang; Bach Ha, Phuc Tien; Binh Minh; Van Thang, Thai Hoa, Son Da, Chu Minh, Phu Dong, Tay Dang shall issue decisions to establish the Relic Management Boards; organize the management of the site and space of the relics, all artifacts belonging to the relics, activities for the protection and promotion of the relics’ values, and the use of relic-generated revenue in accordance with Decision No. 48/2016/QD-UBND and Decision No. 31/2021/QD-UBND of the City People’s Committee on promulgating regulations and amending and supplementing certain provisions of the management, protection, and promotion of the values of historical-cultural relics and scenic spots in the city.
All activities related to construction and exploitation within the ranked relic areas and protected zones are strictly prohibited. In special cases where land use or construction within a relic is required, permission must be obtained from the City People’s Committee.
