Delegates visited the exhibition
This was an activity to pay tribute and honor the great contributions of heroes, martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers, people with meritorious services to the revolution in the cause of national liberation struggle; At the same time, it showed the responsibility and affection of all levels, branches, agencies, units and strata of the Capital’s people for the implementation of preferential policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution, aiming to the goal of increasingly improve the lives of people with meritorious services in the capital, ensuring social security policies in Hanoi; Promoting the movements of “Repaying a kindness”, “When drinking water, remember its source”, education of patriotic traditions, revolutionary heroism for all walks of people, especially the young generation.
Photo exhibition “Hanoi – Continuing the tradition of When drinking water, remember its source” introduced to visitors 75 photos which was 75 stories, like a long film expressing the gratitude, taking care of people with meritorious services by the leaders and people of Hanoi. The exhibition included 3 parts: Unanimous gratitude, Devoted care and Love and faith spread.
Leaders of Hanoi City visited the exhibition
Part 1 “Unanimous gratitude” included the photos of activities reflecting the concern of President Ho Chi Minh and the leaders of the Party, State and Hanoi in the policies for war invalids, martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
Part 2 “Dedicated care” introduced visitors to the photos of the care of people with meritorious services at the Caring and Nurturing Centers for meritorious people through many activities, such as free medical examination, health consultation and medicine delivery for people with meritorious services.
Part 3 ” Love and faith spread ” introduced visitors to the photos/portraits of the heroic Vietnamese Mothers and typical wounded soldiers, and photos of paying tribute to and remembering about persons, who sacrificed for the Fatherland and the People, by Police force, army force, Youth Union, Women’s Union and mass organizations.

Thematic exhibition Hanoi -Continuing the tradition of when drinking water, remember its source took place on July 26, 2022 firstly at the lobby of the Vietnam – Soviet Union Friendship Labor Culture Palace, then at the Hanoi Museum (from July 27 to the end of October 2022) to spread the traditional spirit of when drinking water, remember its source.
