Thuong Tin organizes activities to celebrate Vietnam Family Day, June 28, 2020.
Activities are organized depending on the development of the Covid-19 pandemic. In the event that the pandemic is under control, the district will organize a conference of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Vietnamese Family Day (June 28, 2001 – June 28, 2021) and commend typical families, collectives and individuals in the district in 2021-2021 in a practical, effective, appropriate manner, ensuring safety for the pandemic prevention and control. The conference is expected to be held on June 25 to honor organizations and individuals who have made great contributions to family work, especially those doing family work in the locality; Organizing a dialogue session with the topic “Peaceful family – happy society” to exchange experiences on skills and knowledge in nurturing and educating children, taking care of the elderly and disabled; family culture and the building of a cultural family.
In addition, the district also promoted communication and mobilization to organize the implementation of family meals on Monday, i.e. June 28, 2021 (Vietnamese Family Day); conducted communication and visually promoted messages on Family, Law on Domestic Violence Prevention, Law on Marriage and Family, Law on Gender Equality, Law on Children, Law on Human Trafficking, etc., on the system of panels and banners, themed flags on roads, agencies, schools, central points of communes and towns; carried out the communication on the district radio system to the grassroots, the district web portal and the electronic information pages of communes and townships, etc.
Thuong Tin district also directed the People’s Committees of communes and towns to actively communicate and organize activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vietnam Family Day (June 28, 2001-June 28, 2021) and respond to the “National Action Month on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control” practically, effectively and suitably to local conditions, units and developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to spread and honor the good values, uphold ethical standards, lifestyle and cultural traditions of Vietnamese families.
Activities are organized to promote communication for spreading and honoring the profound human values of the Vietnamese family; inherit and promote good cultural traditions and ethical standards, lifestyles, fine customs and traditions of Vietnamese families, selectively absorb new and progressive values, build a real family as the home of each person, contributing to improving the quality of life of each family and realizing the goals and targets of the Vietnamese Family Development Strategy to 2030.
