Speaking at the opening of the training course, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Tran Thi Van Anh said that Hanoi paid particularly attention to build a cultural industry. The preservation, embellishment and promotion of relic values is an important task of the city. The City Council has issued Resolution No. 02/2022/NQ-HDND, which has the task of renovating and embellishing relics in the period 2022-2025 and the following years, with a total budget of more than 14 trillion VND for 579 relics in the area. This is a policy of special importance, but at the same time, it also poses challenges for the conservation and promotion of heritage values, especially restoration and embellishment activities in the coming time.

The training course is organized to foster and disseminate legal documents on cultural heritage: update new documents and directives of the Central and City. This is also an opportunity to exchange in the work of renovating and embellishing relics between the specialized agency in charge of managing, protecting and promoting the value of relics of the Department of Culture and Sports and the Culture to the Information and Culture Division, the Management Board of Project Construction Investment in districts, towns and etc.
