Thien Mon Dao is renowned as the essence of Vietnamese martial arts and the cultural heritage of the nation. Rooted in history since the era of Dinh Bo Linh, these martial secrets have endured throughout generations, surviving historical ups and downs, foreign invasions, and have been diligently preserved and passed down by the Nguyen Khac family in Du Xa Thuong, Hoa Nam Commune, Ung Hoa District. The art has continuously evolved, incorporating all-encompassing training routines, maintaining its legacy from one generation to the next, and contributing actively to Vietnam’s flourishing cultural and martial arts scene. Thien Mon Dao’s philosophy is centered on “Cultivating robust martial strength, fostering a strong populace for a powerful nation,” with the training purpose of “Living healthy, living intelligently, living youthfully, living more usefully for family and society.” Today, the Thien Mon Dao training movement is robustly expanding nationwide, involving tens of thousands of practitioners who actively contribute to enhancing the health, intellect, and overall quality of life for the entire population. It plays a vital role in the socio-economic development and the protection, construction, and prosperity of Vietnam.
