At the same time, to conduct dissemination on discipline and rules in state administrative agencies at all levels and other relevant legal documents to raise awareness of law, powers, moral qualities and professional responsibilities, cultural behavior of public officials, civil servants and public servants. To disseminate and educate people’s awareness of duty on the management and use of firecrackers; to popularize the provisions of law on the production, sale, transportation and illegal possession of all kinds of firecrackers, powders, strictly handle acts of violation related to firecrackers, in order to contribute to ensuring security, public order, especially before, during and after the Lunar New Year.<\/p>\n
