Representing Ha Noi city at the anniversary were Mr. Hoang Trung Hai, poliburo member, Head of the Municipal Party Committee, Head of Ha Noi National Assembly deputies; Mr. Nguyen Duc Chung, Central Party member, Deputy Head of the Municipal Party Committee, Chairman of Ha Noi People\u2019s Committee, Head of Ha Noi Emulation and Award Council. Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh on behalf of the\u00a0 Central Emulation and Award council delivered a speech calling for national patriotic emulation, stressing: For the past 70 years, President Ho Chi Minh\u2019s call for national patriotism\u00a0 has become an appeal for the national patriotic emulation campaign under the leadership of the Communist Party of Viet Nam. The appeal has disseminated as an order urging everyone to bring into play traditional patriotism and solidarity to overcome all harships and chaallenges in the cause of struggle for national liberation as well as national construction and development.<\/p>\n President Tran Dai Quang presents flowers and commends 15 models representing various fields<\/p>\n Prime Minister presents flags of emulation to 10 leading units in the Emulation Campaign in 2017<\/p>\n The Secretary General also emphasized:: The celebration of 70th<\/sup> Anniversary of Uncle Ho Chi Minh\u2019 release of his call for patriotism emulation is an occassion to express respects and deep gratitudes toward Great President Ho Chi Minh. He is not only the initiator, launcher of the emulation campaigns, but also the paragon, a source of huge encouragement for the patriotic campaigns. His appeal for patriotic campaign in general and Ho Chi Minh\u2019s ideology over patriotism emulation in particular are now still bearing historic significance, with the values in both pratice and theory, vigourous vitality in the cause of national construction and protection.
