The list of Japanese dishes was selected by the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam like ramen noodle, soba noodle, yakisoba noodle, takoyaki cake, shshi cake, mochi cake, etc. For Vietnamese food, many Hanoi dishes were chosen: Pho, Banh Chung, Bun Thang, Banh Khuc, Xoi che, Banh Cuon, Banh Com, Vietnamese tea, Vietnamese bread, Pho Cuon (roll)\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-11118\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/3-8-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/3-8.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/3-8-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The common exhibition area is for showing handicrafts, performing tea blending by artisans, or taking photos with symbol of Vietnamese and Japanese culture.<\/p>\n<p>In his speech at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Gia Phuong, the Director of Hanoi Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Agency said that the Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine introduction program is an important activity in the series of activities for commemorating the 45<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan. The event has a profound meaning in terms of both cultural exchange and cuisine exchange between Japan and Vietnam in general and Hanoi capital in particular.
