On the morning of 17th<\/sup> January, at the relic of Van Mieu \u2013 Quoc Tu giam, The 45th<\/sup> celebration of \u00a0the diplomatic relations between Australia and Viet Nam was started, which was marked by the launch of an official logo of the commemorative year and the awarding ceremony of 09 relic information boards presented by the Australian government.<\/p>\n

The official logo used in the commemorative year is a combination of the two famous ones of Australia and Viet Nam, that is the Opera Sydney and Viet Nam national flag\u2019s star. The logo maker is Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, aged 24, an amateur designer, related that his first memory of Australia and the success of Viet Nam national team in Olympic Sydney 2000 were the very inspiration for him to make this logo.<\/p>\n

Mr. Truong Minh Tien, Deputy Director of Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports said: \u201cEvery year, Van Mieu \u2013 Quoc Tu Giam have received millions of visitors and tourists. To be able to help visitors gain access to the historical values of the relic, it is necessary to have a system of the relic information board. The Australian government\u2019s transfer of the information boards to Vawn Mieu \u2013 Quoc Tu Giam will contribute to further meeting the requirements arising in the process of conservation and promotion of Van Mieu \u2013 Quoc Tu Giam relic\u2019s values\u201d.
