<\/p>\nIn the morning of April 17, the Central Mission for Inspection was directed by Politburo\u2019s Member, Head of Central Commission of Public Relations Truong Thi Mai – Head of the Steering Committee of Reviewing Resolution No 25-NQ \/ TW worked with Standing Committee of Hanoi City Party Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 25-NQ \/ TW dated June 3, 2013 of the Central Party Executive Committee (Session XI) on “Strengthening and renewing the Party’s leadership for public relations in the new time\u201d.<\/p>\n

According to Deputy Secretary of the City Party Commitee Dao Duc Toan, regarding the significance and importance of Resolution No. 25-NQ \/ TW, after five years of implementation of public relations in the city, there has been many positive changes with the outstanding results, for example, Leadership of the City Party Committee and the party committees at all levels regarding public relations features many innovations, contributing to promoting the core role of great national unity bloc of the Party. The City Party Committee and party committees at all levels have actively improved their leadership, adjusted the way and working style in the direction of focusing on people, beging close to people, undestanding people, learning from people and being responsible for people. The Party’s directives and resolutions on public relations has been implemented in the synchronous and speedy manner.<\/p>\n

The operational quality of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations has been increasing, attracting a large number of members. Adhering to the political duties of the city and each unit, the Fatherland Front and the socio-political organizations of the city at all levels have promoted their core role in the great national unity bloc, focused the core duties and constantly innovated contents and operation mode in the direction of diversity, practicalilty and orientation towards to grassroots. In addition, the campaigns and the patriotic emulation movement has developed in widespread and deep way, which has contributed positively to the cause of industrialization – modernization of the capital.The Party committees at all levels have paid attention and carried out effectively the ideological and political education; The staffing including evaluation, training, fostering and use of officers has b\u00ean in accordance with the staffs’ capacity, quality and requirements of the tasks and the officer rotation. The City party committee and Party committees at all levels have effectively focused, consolidated and organized the system, agencies and political systems from the city to grassroots level; Leadership and guidance have not only ensured the political orientation and compliance with the law, but also promoted the active role and suitability with the functions, tasks, purposes and Articles of Association of each organization. In addition, the public relations have been focused on by the City government at all levels to handle effectively the social security issues, contributing to the strengthening of the relationship between the Party, the State and the people in the spirit of “Try to do what is good for the people and try to prevent what is harmful for the people”. The reform of administrative procedures has been strengthened. Accordingly, in 2017, the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) in Hanoi increased by 10 levels (ranking14\/63 provinces, cities) the highest ever; PAR index ranked third in the whole country (increasing by 6 levels); Index of readiness for development and application of information technology ranked second in the whole country…<\/p>\n
