Specifically, officials who are registered for exceptional promotions when directly training athletes have achieved at least one of the following achievements:<\/p>\n
For officials to be exceptionally promoted to the rank of Senior coach (class I), code V.10.01.01: 1 – Gold, silver and bronze medals at the Olympic Games; 2 – Gold, silver, bronze medals at the Paralympic Games; 3 – Gold medal at the World Championships, World Cup of Olympic sports; 4 – Gold medal at ASIAD; 5 – Gold medal at the Youth Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
For officials to be exceptionally promoted to the title of Primary coach (class II), code V.10.01.02: 1 – Gold, silver and bronze medals at ASIAD; 2 – Gold, silver and bronze medals at ASIAD Para Games; 3 – Gold medals at Asian Games, ASIAD in sports; 4 – Gold, silver, bronze medals at the World Championships, World Cup of ASIAD sports; 5 – Gold, silver, bronze medals at the Youth Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
In particular, exceptional promotions are conducted through the Board of considering Exceptional Promotion. Scores are calculated on a scale of 100 and the criteria for assessing are based on the criteria for the professional title of the promoted official. The successful official must have full documents as described and get 100 points in the exceptional grading period.<\/p>\n
The results of promotion of professional title shall be notified to individuals or units participating in the examination period no later than 15 working days after the completion of the exceptional promotion period. An official who does not qualify for the exceptional promotion will not be reserved the results for the next promotion period.<\/p>\n
The Circular takes effect from October 15, 2018<\/p>\n
