After expanding the Capital administrative boundaries, Hanoi has a natural area of \u200b\u200bover 334,470 ha, equivalent to 1% of the national area, including 30 administrative units at district and town levels or 584 communes, wards, towns with the population of over 8 million.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, socio-cultural development has been paid special attention from the City and obtained encouraging results. Hanoi ranked the top localities which have the highest human development index, scale, and quality of education and training nationwide. The City provided a great focus on social security, vocational training, job creation, and poverty reduction, thus the rate of poor households is only 1.16% of the target two years ahead of the plan. Now the City needs to strive to eradicate most of the poor households until 2020, besides the people\u2019s life quality has been improved markedly. Politics and society in this area keep stable, which has made an important contribution to maintaining political stability, social order and safety of the country; security, national defense, and foreign affairs have been improved and strengthened; the Capital prestige and position in the region and the world are increasingly enhanced.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-13699\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2-22-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2-22-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2-22.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<em>Some pictures are on display at the Exhibition<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Summarizing the implementation of the Program No. 04-CTr\/TU of the City Party Committee on \u201cDeveloping society and culture, improving quality of the Capital\u2019s human resources, building Hanoians\u2019 elegant and civilized image between 2016 and 2020\u201d to assess leadership, direction, and implementation of the tasks from the city to the grassroots level, to clarify the achieved results, and to specify remaining limitations at the same time, thereby proposing direction and targets.<\/p>\n<p>To widely propagandize about the achievements of the Program No. 04-CTr\/TU, the Exhibition introduced nearly 200 photos with 4 contents: Part 1: Leaders of the Party, State and Hanoi City in directing the implementation of cultural and social development as well as building Hanoians\u2019 elegant and civilized image by; Part 2: Culture and society development, improvement in the quality of the Capital\u2019s human resources; Part 3: Building a civilized and elegant lifestyle of all levels and branches in Hanoi; Part 4: The beauty of the landscape and people of Hanoi.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition showed the meaningfulness and significance of the Program No. 04-CTr\/TU in developing culture and society, improving the quality of the Capital human resources, and building Hanoians\u2019 elegant and civilized image.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Thanh Hang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 The Hanoi Capital is the national political-administrative center, the main center of culture, science, technology, education, economics, and international transactions.
