The Chairman of the City People\u2019s Committee signed to issue the Decision No. 1057\/QD-UBND dated March 13, 2020, on the approval of the plan 2019 for simplifying administrative procedures in the fields of Internal affairs, Culture and Sports, tourism, Education and Training within the jurisdiction of the City.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, the plan 2019 for simplifying administrative procedures (administrative procedures) is approved, including 43, 23, 11, 77 administrative procedures in the fields of Internal affairs, Culture and Sports, tourism, Education and Training, respectively.<\/p>\n

The Chairman of the City People\u2019s Committee assigns Departments and Branches of Internal affairs, Culture and Sports, tourism, Education and Training within the scope of State management to preside over and coordinate with related units in preparing the draft decision to announce the amended and supplemented administrative procedures according to the simplification plan approved in this decision, and submitted to the Chairman of the City People\u2019s Committee, preparing a draft proposal for amending and supplementing regulations on administrative procedures in legal documents by competent authorities according to the content of simplification plan.<\/p>\n

The draft proposal for amending and supplementing regulations on administrative procedures in legal documents by competent authorities according to the content of the simplification plan has been prepared. The internal and electronic processes of each simplified administrative procedure have been built to serve the deployment of shared 3-level software of the City.<\/p>\n
