This is an annual event co-organized by the Hanoi City People\u2019s Committee and the Vietnam Airlines.<\/p>\n<p>As planned, this festival will take place from the 8<sup>th<\/sup> to the 9<sup>th<\/sup> of February. To prepare for the Festival, in January, the organizers and teams have well-prepared for the successful Hanoi Dragon Boat Combating Festival in the spring of 2020.
