Undergoing for over 1.000 years of uncountable ebbs and flows, Thang Long \u2013 Ha Noi has become a land of \u201csacredness and exceptional characters\u201d, converging the brave souls of rivers and mountains, elites, national strengths, which shines the national image in the most concentrated and typified manner. Being the heart of the whole country \u2013 Ha Noi is the place whereby the national cultural identities, cultural tradition, humanities and peace-loving Vietnamese people have been crystalized and spread.<\/p>\n<p>Ha Noi is the locality with quite a great number of merit artisans who have been accreditted by the President with noble titles, namely 7 people\u2019s artisans, 69 merit artisans.
