This program regulates the coordination between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in creating a cultural life at the grassroots level associated with building new countryside and a civilized city.<\/p>\n
The purpose of the program is to improve the quality of the Movements \u201cAll people unite to build a cultural life\u201d and \u201cAll people unite to build a new countryside and a civilized city\u201d; ensure the unity in the construction of the grassroots cultural life associated with the construction of new countryside and a civilized city; promote the role of community self-governance through the implementation of conventions to improve the quality of building a cultural lifestyle, a new countryside and a civilized city; and attach importance to developing good and exemplary ways to promptly praise and multiply it throughout the country.<\/p>\n
The content of the coordination program includes 4 major activities: Promoting propaganda; Organizing training, Building models at the grassroots level; Organizing festivals for the national solidarity in the community, and improving the quality of Cultural Families and Cultural Residential Areas.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Regarding propaganda activities<\/em>, it is to promote the propaganda on the Party\u2019s lines and undertakings and the Government\u2019s policies and laws on the unity of people to build a cultural life associated with building new countryside and a civilized city; propagate and mobilize officials and people in residential areas to implement community conventions and regulations on civilized life, thrifty practices in weddings, funerals and festivals; and actively build warm and happy families, preventing and fighting against domestic violence, etc.<\/p>\n Some of the other activities are to propagate the content of the movement \u201cAll people unite to build a cultural life\u201d associated with the campaign \u201cAll people unite to build a new countryside and a civilized city\u201d on criteria for building a new countryside; standards for recognizing communes meeting new rural standards; standards for building a civilized city, and standards for recognizing cultural families and cultural residential areas to each family and residential area.<\/p>\n Regarding organizing training and building models at grassroots level<\/em>, it is to guide to review, supplement and complete conventions in residential areas, especially for newly merged residential areas (implementation according to the Resolution No.653\/2019\/UBTVQH14 dated March 12, 2019 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in the period 2017 – 2021); build and maintain operations and promote the role of community self-governing organizations in residential areas and the role of typical individuals and reputable people in mobilizing people to build cultural lifestyles, new countryside areas and civilized cities; organize professional training, improve management skills and organize activities to build a cultural life, new countryside and civilized urban areas for Village Leaders, Residential Group Leaders, Residential Areas\u2019 Heads of Fatherland Front work, especially in newly merged residential areas; and building a model that links cultural criteria in building a new countryside in a village and a civilized city in the residential area; and annually conduct preliminary reviews to draw experiences and replicate advanced typical models in the implementation process.<\/p>\n Regarding the organization of the Great Solidarity Day<\/em>: Every year, the Fatherland Front guides the organization of the festival activities to ensure practicality and efficiency. The Cultural Sector guides the organization of cultural, artistic and sports activities to create an exciting atmosphere at the festival. Activities during the \u201cGreat Solidarity of Ethnic Groups – Vietnamese Cultural Heritage\u201d week at Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism are held to create a highlight in the celebration of Traditional Day of Vietnam Fatherland Front and the annual Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day.
