Right on the first day of permission to open, the Management Board of Hoa Lo Prison Relic opened the display of \u201cAspiration for freedom\u201d. This is the first professional activity performed. The exhibition has attracted the attention of agencies, units, schools, etc. with the display content carried out on the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh\u2019s birthday.<\/p>\n

Ms. Do Minh Trang (Hanoi) shared: \u201cThrough the media, our family has decided to visit Hoa Lo Prison Relic. By visiting, we better understand the losses, sacrifices, enduring hardships and strong and indomitable fighting spirit before the enemies of the Vietnamese revolutionary soldiers. Also, my family also learned stories about loyal soldiers who refused to perish in colonial and imperial prisons, determined to escape prison to return to the revolution, to the people through the exhibition of Aspiration for freedom\u201d.<\/p>\n

Right after reopening, Hoa Lo Prison Relic welcomed many students and union members from many universities, agencies, etc. Mr. Nguyen Van Giang (Nam Dinh) shared: \u201cThe people work enthusiastically here, we are greeted with smiles. If you have any questions, you will be helped and guided enthusiastically\u201d.<\/p>\n

Actively find new directions<\/em><\/strong>
\nIn addition to professional work, the Management Board of Hoa Lo Prison Relic also performed other work to attract domestic visitors such as: applying 7 incentives for guests in the group, 3 incentives for retail guests. These stimulus activities have received good signals from visitors.
\nAlong with other tasks, prevention of Covid-19 pandemic at the request of the Ministry of Health was also carried out methodically at the Relic. At the ticket booth, visitors can ask for personal information, measure their temperature, wash their hands, etc. These preventive measures are supported by visitors.<\/p>\n

Mr. Dang Van Bieu – Deputy Head of Hoa Lo Prison Relic Management Board said: \u201cThe immediate difficulties that we are facing are also common ones of the tourism industry. Therefore, with internal efforts and the support of all levels, in the coming time, we have built experience projects at the relic. Certainly, new activities will bring visitors with many interesting things. This will be one of the new steps that the entire unit is determined to take\u201d.<\/p>\n

Not passively waiting for visitors, by many forms of activities, Hoa Lo Prison Relic is looking for new directions. However, the main goal that the Management Board aims to always be traditional education for today\u2019s young generation, bringing history lessons that are not dogmatic but convincing. That is the innovation that the unit is aiming to perform better and better.<\/p>\n
