The number of families practicing physical training and sports will reach over 31% by 2025 and over 35% of households in the city by 2030.<\/p>\n
In 2021, village cultural and sports institutions will reach 95%, by 2025, the number of households with cultural families will reach 86%-88%, cultural villages will reach 65%, and cultural residential groups will reach 75%. By 2030, this number will be 100% of communes, wards and townships having standard cultural and sports institutions, the percentage of cultural families will reach 90%, cultural villages will reach 70%, cultural residential groups will reach 80% as prescribed and have at least 3 grassroots fitness and sports clubs or more.<\/p>\n
Regarding physical training and sports at schools, the whole city strives to: The number of universities, colleges, intermediate schools and vocational schools implementing extracurricular sports programs will reach 90% by 2025 and 95% by 2030; over 90% of pupils and students meet the standards of physical training by 2025 and over 95% by 2030.<\/p>\n
100% of high schools have the physical training and sports clubs, have a system of facilities sufficient for physical training and sports activities, have enough teachers and instructors in physical education and sports, and practice sports, perform well in extracurricular sports activities by 2025 to reach 75%-80% and by 2030 to reach 85%-90% of the total number of schools. The number of students who are assessed and classified according to physical fitness standards by 2025 will reach over 90% and over 95% by 2030 of the total number of school students at all levels.<\/p>\n
