Communication content focuses on good cultural values in the relationship between family members. The results, limitations and difficulties in the pilot implementation of the Family Code of Conduct; lessons, good models, effective practices of units and localities and the implementation of the Code of Conduct in the following years.<\/p>\n
Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism continues to build a special page\/category \u201cBehavior in the family\u201d to propagate the criteria of behavior in the family; knowledge and skills to build a happy family; good traditional moral values in the family; policies and laws regulating the rights, obligations and responsibilities of families and family members; achievements and limitations and difficulties after 2 years of piloting the Code of Conduct; good and effective models and experiences in the pilot implementation of the Code of Conduct in the locality.<\/p>\n
Develop communication content on the Family Code of Conduct, on the pilot implementation of the Code of Conduct in the locality; coordinated communication on the program \u201cHappy woman\u201d broadcast on channel VTV3 – Vietnam Television, with the content about the representative women representing the implementation of the contents of the Code of Conduct in the Family. Since then, they have built a family of cultural, happy behavior and spread to the community. In addition, communication on general behavior criteria and specific criteria; the pilot implementation of the Code of Conduct; some good models and experiences in the pilot implementation of the Code.<\/p>\n
Develop communication content about the Family Code of Conduct with the topic \u201cKeeping Mental Health \u2013 Keeping Family Happy\u201d; coordinated communication on the program \u201cFor Vietnamese people\u2019s health\u201d broadcast on channel VTV2 – Vietnam Television. The content about maintaining and taking care of the mental and physical health of family members in pandemic prevention and control, affecting the behavioral relationship in the family. Besides, it also communicates about building a happy and positive relationship between family members; bringing the contents of the Family Code of Conduct into life during the complicated pandemic.<\/p>\n
In 2020, the \u201cFamily Code of Conduct\u201d will be piloted in 12 provinces and centrally cities, including Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Cao Bang, Quang Ninh, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Thua Thien – Hue, Binh Thuan, Lam Dong, Dak Lak, An Giang, and Ho Chi Minh City.<\/p>\n
In Hanoi, the pilot implementation of \u201cFamily Code of Conduct\u201d in 2020 is conducted in 5 residential areas including Yen Binh commune (Thach That district), Kim Son commune (Gia Lam district), Phung Thuong Commune (Phuc Tho District), Vinh Tuy Ward (Hai Ba Trung District), Tien Duoc Commune (Soc Son District). In the pilot residential areas, in addition to deploying the Code of Conduct to all households through the Conference to communicate, mobilize and sign the implementation of the Code, the staff of the residential group went to each family to distribute documents, guide the content, clarify the requirements for the families to understand and agree to sign a commitment to implement the Family Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n
Communication on the Code of Conduct is promoted through communication on commune radio stations; increase the broadcast time of the content of the Code of Conduct at the time of celebrating the International Day of Happiness (March 20), the Vietnamese Family Day (June 28); promote news articles about typical families and individuals implementing the Code in the locality. Visual communication has also been enhanced, applying information technology, actively implementing communication through Zalo, Facebook of staff and employees; leaders of neighborhood groups, party members, union members; share with families registered to implement the Code of Conduct. In addition, localities also regularly organize thematic activities, integrate content and images to implement the Code in conferences to celebrate Vietnam Family Day (June 28), Vietnamese Women\u2019s Day – October 20; National Action Month seminar on domestic violence prevention in communes and villages.<\/p>\n
