Mobile propaganda was promoted at the grassroots level.<\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0In order to continue to manage, improve the quality and efficiency of grassroots communication in the new situation, the Standing Committee of Chuong My District Party Committee issued Directive No. 71-CT\/HU dated May 05, 2020, on leadership and direction of the promotion of grassroots communication.
