<\/p>\nEvery year, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Confederation of Labor has instructed and directed trade unions at all levels to implement the thematic learning of Ho Chi Minh\u2019s moral example according to the theme of each year, the trade unions at all levels propagated, mobilized and responded positively by the employees. Trade unions at all levels have built the standards of cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees according to Uncle Ho\u2019s moral example suitable for each industry, each locality and unit.<\/p>\n
Every year, 100% of the direct superior trade unions direct the launching of points and more than 90% of the Community\u2019s colleges coordinate with specialized teams in organizing campaigns among employees, actively responding to emulation movements associated with political, production and business tasks of each unit and locality. Emulations of \u201cExcellent Labor, Creative Labor\u201d, \u201cStriving to achieve the title of \u201cCapital\u2019s Excellent Worker\u201d, \u201cCapital Initiative\u201d are exciting emulation movements in the Capital\u2019s employees for many years, contributing to increasing productivity, product quality and competitiveness.<\/p>\n

Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang attended and presented the emulation flag to outstanding collectives in the 2019 emulation movement of Hanoi city.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n In 2019, with the theme \u201cBuilding a sense of respect for the people, promoting democracy, taking care of people\u2019s life according to Ho Chi Minh\u2019s ideology, morality and style\u201d, Hanoi\u2019s trade union at all levels has organized and implemented learning and following Ho Chi Minh\u2019s moral example to 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees. The whole city has organized for cadres and union members to register jobs according to Uncle Ho\u2019s example. In 2019, the Hanoi Confederation of Labor also launched the campaign \u201cCapital\u2019s cadres, civil servants and public employees say no to negative things\u201d to further raise the spirit, responsibility and attitude of serving of the cadres, civil servants and public employees in the whole city.<\/p>\n Many emulation movements have been launched, such as the 90-day peak emulation to celebrate the 90th<\/sup> anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (from May 1 to July 31, 2019) to encourage a large number of employees to promote technical initiatives, enhance the application of scientific advances in production and business, reduce production costs, remove difficulties in production and business, stabilize jobs and life, increase income for workers; 37 teams and 15 individuals had excellent achievements in this movement<\/p>\n There are also competitions to celebrate the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of the liberation of the capital… In 2019, 01 individual was awarded the Labor Medal by the President of the State; 35 collectives and 19 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the City Labor Confederation; 01 collective, 03 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Government. The whole city has over 61,000 employees recognized with the title \u201cExcellent worker\u201d at the grassroots level (an increase of 57% compared to 2018); 3,153 Employees were recognized as \u201cExcellent Worker\u201d at the upper level. From those advanced examples, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Labor Confederation has selected and decided to award the Certificates of recognition to 90 employees with the title \u201cExcellent Worker of the Capital\u201d.<\/p>\n Emulation contract signing ceremony 2020 at the Hanoi Confederation of Labor<\/em><\/p>\n In 2020, on the occasion of the 90th<\/sup> anniversary of the establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the 90th<\/sup> anniversary of the establishment of the Party Committee of Hanoi; 130th<\/sup> birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, 1010 years Thang Long – Hanoi, the year holding the Party Congress at all levels, the 17th<\/sup> Hanoi Party Congress, continuing to implement Directive 05 of the Politburo on Study and follow the example of Ho Chi Minh\u2019s ideology and morality with the theme \u201cStrengthening the block of great national solidarity and building the Party and a clean and strong political system according to Ho Chi Minh\u2019s thought, morality and style meet the requirements of the new revolutionary period\u201d, the Hanoi Labor Confederation has thoroughly grasped the trade union levels, so that studying and following Uncle Ho\u2019s example become a regular and familiar subject of each employee in the city.<\/p>\n It can be said that the implementation of Directive No. 05 – CT\/TW dated May 15, 2016, of the Politburo on continuing to study and following the example of Ho Chi Minh\u2019s ideology and morality over the past years has created certain changes in awareness among officials and union members of the Hanoi trade union.
