At the walking space of Hoan Kiem lake, the district coordinates with relevant agencies to implement street festivals with cultural characteristics of Hanoi and regions nationwide, becoming a highlight of city tourism.<\/p>\n

In the coming time, Hoan Kiem district will study and propose a plan to organize new culinary spaces, such as reorganizing the space of Hang Da market shopping center in association with Hang Da market square, Tam Thuong – Yen Thai street, Yen Thai communal house to form performance space and promote Ha Thanh cuisine, at the same time, to develop cuisine in Dong Xuan – Bac Qua area in association with the cultural brand of Dong Xuan market; to restructure the streets of Hang Khoai and Cao Thang; to complete the renovation and embellishment of the Tong Duy Tan – Cam Chi culinary street; coordinate with related units to improve quality, organize special culinary activities, culinary festivals of countries in the region.<\/p>\n
Implementing the guidelines of Hanoi city, Hoan Kiem district shall study and propose the city to build milestone 0 of Hanoi and the whole country at the walking space of Hoan Kiem lake, creating an attraction for tourists and other countries. The milestone\u2019s architecture plans must be of high aesthetic, unique, suitable for the thousand-year-civilization capital. Shortly, Hoan Kiem district will hold a national conference to discuss and consult the plan.<\/p>\n

The area of \u200b\u200bthe middle beach of and beach along the Red River bank is studied with solutions to create highlights and build a chain of activities in establishing tourism shaping capabilities. It is proposed by Hoan Kiem district to pilot the implementation of river embankment (the section passing through the district\u2019s territory) to open a route along riverside, \u201cfishbone\u201d routes connecting wards outside the dike and inside the dike, build an inland waterway wharf complex, pilot an urban park project combining culture, entertainment and tourism associated with the natural landscape to develop Hong River tourism\u2026<\/p>\n
Also in order to build products based on exploiting potential and advantages, Hoan Kiem district researches and builds a pilot project of night-time economic development in the direction of the overnight organization; studies, renovates and upgrades the Hang Khay – Trang Tien street to the Opera House to develop a pedestrian street combined with a trade center; builds a plan to operate, exploit and use Trang Tien 1 and Trang Tien 2 streets (the intersection with Ngo Quyen street) for the street of fashion art performance with culinary arts (extended to Dinh Le street – Nguyen Xi and neighboring streets); researching and implementing the project of French Quarter to become a heritage area\u2026<\/p>\n
