At the same time, it is also one of many successful activities to celebrate the success of the Party Committee\u2019s Congress of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports.<br \/>\nDonating blood to save people is probably the noblest gesture of human beings, of each individual towards society. It is worth mentioning that the number of people registered to donate blood and the number of blood units received in the following year is always higher than those in the previous year.
