Accordingly, implementing Plan No. 61\/KH-UBND dated March 12, 2021, by the Hanoi People\u2019s Committee on organizing activities to celebrate the 74th<\/sup> anniversary of Vietnam\u2019s Invalids and Martyrs\u2019 Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2021, in which, set a mobilizing target of VND 22.27 billion to support the City-wide \u201cGratitude\u201d Fund in 2021.<\/p>\n

From the beginning of 2021 until now, the people of the country in general and the capital, in particular, have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Responding to the call to support the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and the Government, a large number of agencies, organizations, businesses, collectives and individuals in the City has made unremitting efforts to join hands and support, contributing to the unity and consensus of the entire people of the capital and the whole country.<\/p>\n

To continue promoting the compassionate tradition of \u201cWhen you drink water, think of its source\u201d, \u201cThe leaves protect tattered ones\u201d, \u201cA few torn leaves protect a lot of torn leaves\u201d, the Hanoi People\u2019s Committee called and mobilized all officers and soldiers, departments, agencies, administrative and non-business agencies located in the city actively responded and contributed efforts to participate in the movement of \u201cGratitude\u201d and build the \u201cGratitude\u201d Fund of the city, together with the Party and State, concentrated resources to support people with meritorious services to the revolution in difficult circumstances to stabilize their lives.<\/p>\n

All support should be sent to the \u201cGratitude\u201d Fund Management Board of Hanoi city. (The Fund\u2019s office is located at the Office of the Hanoi Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs – the city\u2019s permanent agency of the \u201cGratitude\u201d Fund).<\/p>\n
