More investments allocated to rebuilding and rehabilitating cultural institutions to meet the people\u2019s requirements<\/em><\/p>\n Photo: Kim Thoa (District\u2019s Centre of Culture, Information and Sports)<\/p>\n Ever since a number of policies of new rurality has been undertaken namely land merger, land plot substitution, restructured animal raising and plants, the agricultural sector of the district continued to develop in the form of goods production, high-tech agricultural products, which meet the criteria of food safety and hygiene, and gradually shaping the trade mark for its agricultural products, boosting the competitive edge on the market, and increasing farmers\u2019 incomes. Currently, in Chuong My district, there are 64 agricultural cooperatives, including 33 mixed cooperatives and 31 specialized sectoral ones; recognized 36 craft villages, 175 crafted villages, 720 businesses and over 8.000 private industrial production units, mini handicraft and basic construction units. All the businesses and household enterprises has been running in an effective and stable manner, providing considerable employments to the manpower with relatively high earnings. The communes in the area actively took part in the One Commune One Products (OCOP) with a total of \u00a059 products accreditted by Ha Noi People\u2019s Committee, which helps contribute to lifting up the local people\u2019 living standard. The district economy has maintained at an average growth rate of 11.6%\/per annum. Till now, the average per capita income has registered at 60 millions \u0111\u1ed3ng\/per head\/year; the rate of poor households has decreased from 10.24% (in 2015) down to only \u00a00.64% (in 2020). The policies of social welfares and in favour of credited people, targeted people under socially sponsored programme, and ethnic minority groups have been well executed; giving timely helps to people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. People living in the area of the district have managed to gain easy access to educational, medical and health care services. The rate of population having access to health premiums has reached at \u00a090.1%. The political security and social order have been stable.<\/p>\n Inspired by the creativeness of the youths, youth union members and adolescents in the district has carried out a number of practical models namely \u201cTurning spontaneous\u00a0 garbage-collecting points into the teen\u2019s gardens<\/em>\u201d, \u201cMural path\u201d, “Flowers path\u201d; “Kids\u2019 play ground\u201d.\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0The movement of \u201cGreen Sunday<\/em>\u201d has been launched effectively. In the whole district area, 3.000 green trees has been planted, and 100% youth union units all together have taken part in clearing up the environment at commune roads…<\/p>\n In order to step up the movement of building the grassroots cultural life, all-level Committees of Fatherland Front always propagated and mobilized organizations, units and people from all walks of life to actively striving for the achievement of cultural titles. \u00a0By the end of 2020, in the entire district, there has been 69.720 households to be given the titles of cultured family (89%); 157\/187 cultured villages (84%), 95% cultured street groups.<\/p>\n Rural facade becomes greener, cleaner and more beauftiful<\/em><\/p>\n Photo: Kim Thoa (District\u2019s Centre of Culture, Information and Sports)<\/p>\n During the period from now till 2025, the concrete targets have been set by the district as follows: striving to attain the standardized new rurality in 2021; and by\u00a0 2025, there will be 15 communes achieving the advanced new rurality standard, 10 communes of examplary new rurality standard.
