After 15 years of implementing Directive No. 49-CT\/TW, family building work in the city has gained many important achievements. Many positive changes have been made in Party Committee, authorities, staff, party members and people\u2019s awareness of the family\u2019s position and role in the sustainable development. State management of family has been strengthened. Education about family life and the responsibilities of branches and levels in family work have also been paid great attention.<\/p>\n
Clear changes have also been observed in the promotion of family economic development, active participation in building cultural families, cultural villages, and cultural residential groups. The average annual rate of households achieving the title \u201cCultural Family\u201d is over 85% (to the total number of households). For the work of building the model \u201cCultural Village\u201d, 60.5% of hamlets and villages got the title of \u201cCultural Village\u201d; for the work of building the model \u201cCultural residential group\u201d, the rate is 71.5%. So far in the whole city, 87.5% of households obtained the title \u201cCultural family\u201d and 71.5% of residential groups got the title \u201cCultural residential groups\u201d. The movement to build \u201ccultural families\u201d has contributed to promoting economic development, strengthening and consolidating the system of cultural institutions at the grassroots level, improving the material and spiritual life of the people, and effectively influencing the household economic development movement.<\/p>\n
Over 15 years of implementing Directive No. 49-CT\/TW, staff at all levels, mass organizations, communities and people in the city have raised their awareness of domestic violence prevention and control. Domestic violence and gender inequality have tended to be mitigated, contributing to promoting ethical and cultural standards of Vietnamese people during the period of national industrialization and modernization. Also, the city has upheld matters of morality, conscience and responsibility of each person to themselves, their family, community and society; prevented moral degradation in each family; built and maintained the sustainable happiness of each family towards stability, equality, and civilization.<\/p>\n

The education about family life and the responsibilities of industries and levels have been paid great attention.<\/em><\/p>\n From the achieved results, the City Party Committee set out specific directions, tasks and solutions in the implementation of Directive No. 49-CT\/TW dated February 21, 2005, of the Secretariat \u201con family building in the period of national modernization and modernization\u201d in the city in the coming time, and has continued to thoroughly grasp, direct and effectively implement Directive No. 49-CT\/TW and programs, plans and schemes of the City People\u2019s Committee on family building work.<\/p>\n The system of mechanisms, policies and state management in the family field was continued to be supplemented and perfected; positive changes and progress have been made in protecting and building a safe and healthy living environment for family members; the cultural and spiritual life has been taken care of and improved; the more and more effective implementation of family building solutions, especially for families in special and difficult circumstances was ensured, facilitating every family to develop comprehensively.<\/p>\n Binh Duong<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" After 15 years of implementing Directive No. 49-CT\/TW, family building work in the city has gained many important achievements.
