With the goal of ensuring the full realization of children\u2019s rights, comprehensively developing of children, meeting the requirements of building quality human resources for socio-economic development of the capital and the country; creating a safe, healthy and friendly living environment, contributing to the achievement of the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the implementation of the National Action Program for Children in the 2021-2030 period in Tay Ho district, 24 targets are set with 4 specific goals, which are comprehensive development of children, health care and nutrition for children (07 targets); Child protection (07 targets); Education, culture, entertainment and entertainment for children (07 targets); Children\u2019s participation in child-related issues (03 targets).<\/p>\n

To ensure the implementation of important goals and targets, the District People\u2019s Committee has also set out 9 tasks and solutions for implementation. In which, the task of \u201cStrengthening the leadership and direction of the Party committees and authorities at all levels, the coordination between departments and branches in the implementation of the objectives and targets\u201d of the Plan is one of the top important tasks. The targets in the Plan are integrated into the Programs and Work Plans of the Party Committees, authorities and sectors for the period 2021 – 2030. To develop a plan and effectively implement the Resolutions issued by the Central Government, City and District on children\u2019s work or related to children for the period up to 2025 and orientation to 2030. To strengthen inter-sectoral coordination between departments and sectors in the exercise of children\u2019s rights, child protection, especially in supporting, intervening and dealing with cases of child abuse and violation of children\u2019s rights in the locality. Heads of party committees, authorities, agencies and units are responsible for leading and directing the implementation of tasks, programs, plans, goals and targets on children and solving problems related to children in the field and scope of the management unit.<\/p>\n

To effectively implement the City\u2019s regulations on specific mechanisms and policies for children with special circumstances and children at risk of falling into special circumstances. At the same time, to research, propose, amend and supplement to contribute to perfecting the system of legal documents related to children, ensuring the full implementation of children\u2019s rights and more effectively dealing with children\u2019s rights issues.<\/p>\n

In addition, the District People\u2019s Committee creates all favorable conditions for the development of a service system to meet the implementation of children\u2019s rights with the integration and coordination of health, education, justice and social security services; prioritize the child protection service system. Step by step to build and form a network of individuals\/families who are willing and qualified to receive alternative child care in the locality, to serve as a basis for the implementation of alternative care for children in the community.<\/p>\n

Communication, education and social mobilization to realize children\u2019s goals and solve children\u2019s issues are concerned and implemented in many forms such as diversity of products and forms of communication, education, social mobilization suitable for target groups and communicate directly to families, educational institutions, child care and nurturing facilities and in the community.<\/p>\n

The People\u2019s Committee of Tay Ho District also promotes resource mobilization and social participation towards the participation and contribution of organizations, businesses, families and individuals in the implementation of children\u2019s rights and children\u2019s targets and solve problems about children.<\/p>\n
