Hanoi has conducted rapid tests to timely detect the disease cases (F0), carefully traced so as not to miss any relevant cases, supplied sufficient food and essential items to people, and taken care of social security subjects, people in need, people facing difficulties, etc.<\/p>\n The Chairman of the City People\u2019s Committee affirmed that, given the 4th<\/sup> outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the City timely decided to apply social distancing from July 24, in combination with 2 key measures to prevent the pandemic: urgently conducting large-scale testing to sort out F0 cases and quickly organizing a large-scale vaccination campaign for all classes of people.<\/p>\n \u201cIn fact, the number of \u201cgreen zones\u201d has been constantly increasing, and the number of new cases has decreased deeply during the distancing time. Departments, boards, branches, districts, towns, agencies, units in the City, and communes, wards, and townships should uphold the spirit of initiative, creativity, dare to think, dare to do; strengthen the responsibility of party committees and authorities at all levels in association with personal responsibility, especially the head; take part in emulation movement in a fierce, practical, effective, and timely manner; detect, praise, reward and promptly replicate typical examples of good people and good deeds in the pandemic prevention and control.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is essential to utilize the strength of all people in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic; propagandize and encourage people to voluntarily strictly comply with regulations on pandemic prevention and control, especially during the social distancing time; and mobilize as many grassroots forces as possible not only to promote the great unity of all people but also to reduce the burden on the frontline forces\u201d, emphasized the Chairman of the City People\u2019s Committee.<\/p>\n The whole political system from city to the grassroots level, cadres and party members of grassroots Party organizations under the entire political system of the City and all people unite and join hands to repel the pandemic.<\/p>\n The frontline forces continue their works in the most determined, dedicated, and wholehearted manner; speed up the Covid-19 vaccination for people in the whole city, ensuring safety and effectiveness; improve treatment capacity; focus on fast-tracking, sorting out F0 cases and thoroughly isolating relevant cases; quickly extinguish new outbreaks so that the virus cannot spread to the community.<\/p>\n The city also holds emulation programs with respect to ensuring social security matters, caring for people\u2019s health and life, and maintaining and upholding national defense, security, social order and safety in the city.
