At the same time, to promptly receive and handle any problems arising during the pandemic time, absolutely not to be subjective, careless, or unvigilant, that causes the pandemic to be spread and outbreak in the area.<\/p>\n
People\u2019s Committees of districts and towns direct the People\u2019s Committees of communes, wards, and townships to comply with the social distancing regulations in a drastic, thorough, strict, and effective manner, under the direction of the Central Government and the city.<\/p>\n
Along with that, it is necessary to enhance the testing on a large scale, especially in high-risk areas and for high-risk groups; to perform timely and safe vaccination at communes, wards, and townships according to the plan issued by the City People\u2019s Committee and the Department of Health.<\/p>\n
It is also required to ensure the supply and provision of essential food and foodstuff for people in the area subject to blockade and distancing; to promote the role of the grassroots political system that is closest to people and understand people the most, especially the commune-level police force, regional police force, and the community Covid-19 team.<\/p>\n
