The contest was launched by the United Nations Educational,\u00a0Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in collaboration with the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) from August 6, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The contest aims to call for young artists to jointly promote the title <strong><em>Hanoi &#8211; Creative City<\/em><\/strong> awarded by UNESCO in 2019 with illustrations about Hanoi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-19593\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-16-600x358.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"358\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<em>\u00a0 \u201cHanoi Rong\u201d by Dang Thai Tuan won the first prize in the contest<\/em><\/p>\n<p>After nearly 2 months of launching, the contest has attracted nearly 250 young artists from home and abroad to respond and create art, performed in a variety of materials, such as digital drawing, silk, collage, oil painting, lacquer&#8230; Bowl of vermicelli <\/em><\/p>\n<p>With the evocative theme \u201cHanoi is\u2026\u201d, the authors have brought unexpected and fresh ideas integrating many stories and their own emotions to portray Hanoi with many unique colors, &#8230;
