The members of the Council for Appraisal, Evaluation and Determination of the City\u2019s PAR Index appraise the results of self-assessment of the performance of administrative reform tasks of departments, agencies equivalent to departments, People\u2019s Committees of districts, and towns in January 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n For the sociological survey, opinions were collected from the following groups: Delegates of the Hanoi People\u2019s Council; cadres, civil servants and public employees of the department; leaders of district-level divisions; enterprises and organizations having transactions in administrative procedures; people (individuals) having transactions in administrative procedures; delegates of the People\u2019s Council at district level; cadres, civil servants and public employees of the district; leaders of commune-level People\u2019s Committees; individuals, business households and organizations having transactions in administrative procedures; people (individuals) in the area. The survey period is from October to December 30, 2021; collecting information with each object of investigation according to the specific situation of the units.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Evaluation period: Collecting information on the results of administrative reform work of agencies and units arising from January 1, 2021 to December 30, 2021.
