<\/p>\nOn October 25, the Vietnam Sports Administration (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) coordinated with the Vietnam Olympic Committee to officially launch the project of \u201cLet\u2019s practice now! For a healthy and happy Vietnam\u201d on social networking platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other mass media.<\/p>\n
The project is implemented in a new form by exploiting the inherent pervasiveness of social media channels and mass communication channels, making it easier to reach the majority of young people and then spread to the community.<\/p>\n
Propaganda throughout the project are the activities of \u201c5T Healthy Lifestyle\u201d including Regular exercise – Create regular exercise habits, Full exercise – Practice at least 30 minutes\/time, maximum 2 times\/day; Scientific exercise – Refer to the 12 groups of exercises of the Vietnam Sports Administration and choose suitable sports; Exercise at the right time – Start practising after eating at least 30 minutes; and Exercise together – Encourage relatives and friends to practice together.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Exercise for a healthy and happy life. Illustrative photo<\/em><\/p>\n The project started in October 2021 and is expected to last until the end of 2022 with three main phases.<\/p>\n Phase 1 from October to December 2021<\/em> is the starting stage with an important role, focusing on the message of \u201cLet\u2019s practice now, live happily, live well.\u201d The project begins with a series of key images and infographics to introduce the \u201c5T healthy lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n Right after that, the music video of \u201cLet\u2019s go around Vietnam\u201d with fun rhythms and choreography is the daily exercise for everyone from individuals to families from all over the country to monitor and practice at home.<\/p>\n Followed by a series of challenges such as \u201cDance to the music challenge,\u201d \u201c21-day challenge to create fitness habits\u201d and sports themed \u201cCommunity practices together\u201d with a variety of activities for different groups of subject.<\/p>\n Phases 2 and 3 of<\/em> the project are expected to last until the end of 2022 with diverse activities, continuing to propagate and encourage people to maintain the habit of exercising every day with the goal of \u201cI\u2019m healthy, you\u2019re healthy, For a healthy and happy Vietnam.\u201d Each phase will be associated with a separate goal and communication message, but all are towards the common goal of spreading the \u201c5T Healthy Lifestyle,\u201d encouraging the community to participate in physical fitness activities.
