<\/p>\nRight from the beginning of the year, the Standing Committee of the Dan Phuong District Labor Confederation has coordinated to deploy, launch and organize many emulation movements with goals and criteria suitable for each block, each industry, and each field of production and business to arouse creativity, solidarity and sharing, and strive to complete tasks.<\/p>\n
Along with other sectors, the Trade Union of Dan Phuong district has promoted emulation movements, such as \u201cExcellent labor, creative labor\u201d, emulation movement \u201cGood worker\u201d, movement \u201cEnsuring occupational hygiene and safety\u201d, the movement \u201cBuilding agencies, units and enterprises up to cultural standards\u201d, the movement \u201cBeing good at working outside and working at home\u201d, \u201cFamily of typical workers and employees \u2018\u2018 and many other movements associated with the Program \u201c75 thousand initiatives to overcome difficulties and develop\u201d implemented by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and promote \u201cStudy and follow Ho Chi Minh\u2019s moral thought and style\u201d to promote the working spirit of union members, workers and employees. Through that, many district officials, union members and workers have actively promoted, researched and launched many initiatives and topics in practice. From improving labor productivity, innovating technology, ensuring occupational safety and health, improving production line efficiency to the working process, reforming administration to fulfilling the tasks of each agency and unit, completing the tasks of socio-economic development, security and defense in the district.<\/p>\n

\u201cFamilies of typical workers, officials and workers\u201d are honored in 2021.<\/p>\n
Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the coordination of the government and the Fatherland Front, unions and trade unions of the district have organized many emulation movements with practical effects, which are welcomed by a large number of employees. Labor organizations participate and develop both in breadth and depth, creating an exciting emulation atmosphere. The content, form and organization of emulation movements have changed; the organization and launch of the movement paid attention to quality and efficiency but not formality. Since then, employees have been encouraged to promote all potentials and strengths in production, and work, contributing to the accomplishment of the enterprise\u2019s production goals and plans, political tasks of agencies and units. The material and spiritual life of workers and employees has been gradually improved, and employees\u2019 confidence in the Trade Union has been enhanced.<\/p>\n
Based on the actual results of the emulation movement among employees over the past time, in order to create a strong change, in the coming time, the District Labor Confederation has set out a number of key tasks for implementation, continuing to promote emulation movements with the focus on the movement \u201cGood Workers\u201d, \u201cCreative Workers\u201d, \u201cGood people, good deeds\u201d, \u201cBeing good at working outside and working at home\u201d associated with movement \u201cWomen actively study, work creatively and build happy families\u201d, strive to achieve the title of \u201cTypical family of workers and employees\u201d.
\nIn addition, the Dan Phuong District Labor Confederation also continues to promote propaganda to raise awareness of business owners and employees about emulation and commendation in the new situation, be interested in expanding the movement in the non-state sector, mobilize workers and labor officers to actively study, improve their professional qualifications and skills, train their sense of organization and discipline, industrial style, ethics, lifestyle, and master new technology, at the same time, renew the emulation and commendation work towards the key tasks, combating the formal manifestation and overfocus on achievements to bring the emulation movement to develop sustainably and bring practical effects.<\/p>\n
At this conference, the Standing Board of Dan Phuong District Labor Confederation commended 88 collectives and individuals including 20 good workers, 28 individuals with initiative and creativity and 40 typical families of workers and employees. In addition, 3 individuals were honored to be awarded the Medal \u201cFor the cause of building trade unions\u201d.<\/p>\n
