Accordingly, the Department requested the agencies, divisions and units under it to strengthen the propaganda information of the contest, which is connected on the City’s legal propaganda information page https:\/\/pbgdpl.hanoi.gov.vn; Economic and Urban Newspaper https:\/\/kinhtedothi.vn; at the same time, mobilize 100% of officials, civil servants, public staff and employees to vote for the contest video clips from September 19, 2022 to the end of October 1, 2022 (methods to access the contest website and vote for video clips are available at the contest website https:\/\/timhieuphapluatmoitruongmang.hanoi.gov.vn). The Department’s Trade Union and the Department’s Youth Union actively propagate and mobilize officials and members to actively participate in the Contest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The contest “Learning the law on behavior in the social network environment” in the city aims to spread legal cultural values \u200b\u200bon the network environment, build positive habits of users in the space and necessary skills when participating in a safe and healthy online environment, and at the same time spreading the good cultural and social values \u200b\u200bof the capital and the country, contributing to building the image of elegant, civilized Hanoians, contributing to building a safe and healthy network environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants in the contest include collectives and individuals currently living and working in Hanoi, excluding members of the Organizing Committee, the Assistant Team and the staff directly involved in the process of contest organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

The form of the contest, including making videos and clips with a duration of no more than 5 minutes and sending them to the City Organizing Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

The contest content includes: Code of conduct on social networks; legal knowledge on behavior on the network environment in the fields of social life.<\/span><\/p>\n

About the contest format: Round 1 – preliminary round: People’s Committees of districts, towns launch the contest and organize preliminary grading to select 02 videos\/clips suitable for propaganda for subjects under 18 years old; 01 video\/clip suitable for propaganda for people aged 18 and over.<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 2 – final round: Videos and clips of People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities are sent to the City Organizing Committee, the City Jury will organize the final marking. Quality videos and clips will be publicly posted on the contest website for voting. The results of the contest will be posted on the City’s legal information propaganda website: <\/span>https:\/\/pbgdpl.hanoi.gov.vn<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the third and fourth quarters of 2022, the Organizing Committee will receive entries; building marking answers and organizing marking; implementing voting for videos and clips of participating units; summarizing and awarding the contest.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding the prize structure, there are 2 first prizes, each worth VND 10 million; 10 second prizes, each prize worth VND 7 million; 20 Third prizes, each worth VND 5 million; 28 Consolation prizes, each worth VND 3 million and 8 side prizes, each worth 1 VND million.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The contest helps officials, civil servants, public staff, armed forces, employees, students and people in the city improve their understanding of the law in the online environment and the awareness of law observance in the online environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
